GEORGE ALP-WILLIAMS

CLUB PRESIDENT

Making an instant impact upon joining the club last year, George takes over his brother Henry as the new club president heading into 2024/25. With strong showings in the Premier Class in the British Universities Karting Championship, George is looking to continue his rise after his previous successes in the Civic Cup under his resume.

BUKC CAPTAIN

The most experienced BUKC driver amongst the committee, Isaac has been with the club for 3 years, a great showing of talent, he holds a few BUKC race wins including x last year. For this year under his new role, he is in charge of leading the Swansea's BUKC teams to a better qualifying and looking for even better results than last year...

JUDE LYNCH

CLUB SECRETARY

Despite a few race appearances in the British Universities Karting Championship, Jude has shown great showing under his debut year in the BUKC, including 2 races and a 24 Hour appearance, despite the delight of 2024. He heads into next year hoping to do even better on his third year for the club as he becomes the new secretary for Swansea Motorsport.

CLUB TREASURER

The only committee retained from the previous year, the Northern-Irishman has been with the club since 2022, joining the committee the year after as then newly created Social Media Manager, now he continues to do another job as he takes over the Treasurer position for the club. Within the motorsports club, Amir is a frequent competitor of the intermural championship; the Swansea University Motorsport Championship, having been in 8 events since he joined...

LAUREN KING

SOCIAL SECRETARY

Lauren comes into the Swansea Motorsports Club as the new Social Secretary, within their job to plan and formally host socials such as our Wednesday Socials and F1 Watchalongs. Lauren has been with the club since last year and has shown great enjoyment with the club since, a frequent social attender last year. She is planning to continue that same fun energy this year.

JOSHUA MULCAHY

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Joshua heads into 2024/25 as the new Social Media Manager, with having just a few experiences in the BUKC including a 24 Hour appearance from him, his help of photography and videography earned his position as the new Social Media Manager, tasked with relying information to the public and members, Joshua is all set to take on the role as Swansea Motorsport continues to get more popular on its social media under his tenure.
